Niti is an Advocate-On-Record and carries with her a rich experience of practicing a wide array of laws. She has represented various private and public entities (public departments and PSUs) as well as individuals before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India and other judicial forums including High Courts, CAT, NCLT, NCLAT, CCI, and NCDRC. Niti is a Panel Counsel with the Hon’ble Competition Commission of India. She has also gained substantial experience in arbitration law while assisting an Arbitral Tribunal as a Secretary. Niti stays connected to academia and has repeatedly been a guest faculty at National Law University, Delhi, one of the leading law schools of India.

Adarsh is an Advocate-on-Record and a seasoned lawyer who is dynamic in his thinking and renders unique legal solutions to his clients. He is adept in conducting end-to-end civil suit trials and finding quick relief for his clients embroiled in criminal litigation. He has a strong hold on a variety of laws including Insolvency Law, Competition Law, IPR, and Property Law, and actively appears before courts across India. He is also a Panel Counsel for the State of Uttarakhand at the National Green Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi, making him well-versed in environmental laws. Having worked with a veteran Arbitrator, Adarsh has acquired the requisite skills to effectively represent his clients in arbitration proceedings.
